"Great resting place "

Large spacious room with a nice comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Great shower. Would stay here again. Our original booking of a suite with 2 queen beds was sold out so they upgraded us to 2 individual rooms which was a sweet bonus.

"My stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Fort Worth"

I went here because my electricity went out and I had reserved the stay for my mom and brother. We didn't use the room for more than thirty minutes because the electricity at my house came back on. I am not happy that it takes so long to refund me the deposit money, when I do need that money as soon as possible. There was a leftover dog's toy left in the room, the bathroom hinge on the top was kind of broken (in which I reported as soon as I got the room, the TV remote control was hard to use, and the burner that was in the kitchenette didn't work. But we did get the room without any issues and the receptionist was thorough and business-like.

We had to pay a $100 deposit for a room we only used for 12 hours that we won't get back for 2-10 business days. So all together we paid $180 for the room they didn't mention the deposit the 4 times we called before we checked in, they waited until we showed up, so it was too late to find another place

"Getto stay"

Room had awful odor upon arrrival. Not equipped. Door would not close. Hinge broken .overall much below expectations. Would not recommend to anyone. Worst experience on h.com.dump this place.

"Did not live up to the expectations of a "suite", though staff went above and beyond."

The room size was great, and the bathroom as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to back to my room after checking out to get a phone that was left behind. 10/10 customer service.

The room felt unfinished/underprepared for guests. Despite reserving for a family of 4, there were only two towels. The cabinet had bowls and plates, but no cups/mugs, and there was floor damage that was painful/dangerous if accidentally stepped on.
