The staff was excellent

quiet area, was close to a lot of stuff. not too far.

checking in, I called over the phone and was told two different times but other then that the checking in was smooth. The bed was too small.

The front desk staff were all very nice. They were responsive and helpful.

The room was ... interesting. The beds were very comfortable. There were no chairs and several things were broken. It was obviously an old hotel. They were working with something that couldn't get better.

Never got to experience the stay internet was down so I had to book somewhere else

The service, location and cleanness. The amenities are awesome. Free laundry, gym, and a small store and grill for BBQ days!

It could be upgraded a little more

During my stay at the Sonesta Simply Suites in Fort Worth, I was greeted at the front desk by Shaniqua, and right away I knew I was in good hands. When I asked how she was doing, she responded with a huge smile and said, “I’m amazing!” — and honestly, that energy was contagious. She made the check-in process quick, easy, and pleasant, and her positive attitude really set the tone for my entire stay. Shaniqua is a true professional with a great spirit. She’s exactly the kind of person every hotel needs at the front desk. Thank you, Shaniqua!
