Lokalizacja genialna , samo serce miasta, zegar na dworcu SAO BENTO pokazuje czas. Dosłownie nad stacją metra i uliczką pełną kawiarenek .Apartament wspaniały, posiada wszystko, a nawet więcej , grzejnik, wiatrak,żelazko, expres do kawy , toster, całe zaplecze kuchenne,Pokój wysoki z pięknymi oknami i oryginalnymi drewnianymi roletami.Ciekawie wkomponowana w środek łazienka i cz.kuchenna.Na prawdę świetne przeżycie.

Absolutnie nic, piękne schody , spacer na 4 piętro nawet był przyjemnością.
