Ens varen instal·lar en un quart pis sensa ascensor. No teníem codi d'accés. Van ser uns moments d'incertesa fins que vàrem podem contactar amb els amfitrions,després però vàrem ser molt atents.

Location was very central. Great 'Time Out' food market over at the train station nearby. Welcome bottle of port provided for us. Clean bathroom.

Apartment needs some updating- some furniture and kitchen bench very tatty- chipped crockery. Apartment smells when closed up for the day so have to open the windows for air then little flies come in. Other reviews mentioned noise. It was very, very noisy 24hr so dont choose this if it stops you from sleeping. There were construction works during the day, traffic, buskers and noisy lift from the train station during all hours. Beds are hard. Stairway Light switch needs signage and is not obvious in the stairwell when arriving at night like we did to get to the 4th floor so used our phones for torch. No washing machine.

The apartment was large, modern and bright, centrally located with most Porto sights within walking distance.

The only downside was the huge construction in front of the building at the Sao Bento train station which made traffic congested and generated a lot of noise but is outside the control of the property operators.

"Excelente localização e bem equipado."

O apartamento é super bem localizado, limpo, confortável, bem equipado, todas as instruções foram claras. A localização realmente é excepcional, fizemos quase tudo a pé, pouquíssimas coisas usamos o metrô para destinos mais longe pois estava com uma pessoa mais velha, e a estação do metrô também fica em frente, foi bem tranquilo.

O fato do banheiro ser dividido, com o vaso sanitário no andar de baixo, foi um pouco desconfortável, principalmente por estar com uma pessoa mais velha, que precisava descer e subir as escadas (às vezes à noite) para usar.
