Americas Best Value Inn West Columbia

The hotel has undergone a recent renovation of the rooms and lobby and was done relatively well. The hand towels were stained and should be replaced.

The stay was uneventful. I was surprised that there was no ironing board or iron. Hotel needs to be updated.

Hotel close to my family. Wanted to zip on and out

Although clean, the room smelled like mold and mildew. We killed 2 bugs in the bathroom and vanity area. The breakfast was mediocre. I was not impressed and glad that I only stayed 1 night.

This hotel is old and the outside looks pretty rough. But the interior of the room we were in was mostly remodeled. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were absolutely awful. But the furniture was new and the bathroom had been redone. It was clean and nicer than expected inside the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was clean, recently remodeled, but not the best workmanship. There were no hangers for our clothes. The sheets were clean, but had, small holes. There were some small bugs, but they were dead. The room smelled musty and the stairway was stinky.

We arrived early from a red eye flight. The hotel let us check in very early. Thank You!
