I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this property. The front desk agent, May, demonstrated behavior that was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and frankly concerning. Upon my arrival, my son accompanied me into the lobby to drop me off. Rather than a simple acknowledgment, she greeted him with an uninviting stare. When I clarified that he was not staying, merely helping me with check-in, she abruptly demanded his ID. This was unnecessary and inappropriate, as hotel policies generally apply to overnight guests, not those assisting a family member. The interaction did not improve. She examined my passport in a way that felt unnecessarily scrutinizing, which created an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. When I requested to view the room before proceeding, she reluctantly agreed, but on the way she turned and instructed me, “Don’t touch anything.” At that moment, I felt both disrespected and discriminated against. This behavior contradicts Extended Stay America’s stated values of hospitality, comfort, and genuine care. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt targeted and dismissed. Out of principle, I canceled my reservation. I strongly urge management to revisit how guests are treated at this location. Respect, dignity, and professionalism should never be optional.

Put us on the first floor right by the laundry room ,people doing laundry at 340 am right by staff room door ,open and closing all night,right above us a family with children running around thumping at 533 am .floors in room where not washed .had no sleep ...but when i told staff about the people upstairs they did,call or talk to them cuz they became quite after wards .

Great location for local restaurants.

The pillows all smelled like human head stink. There were fingernail clippings on the bed. Pretty sure the sheets hadn't been washed appropriately. I left a day earlier than planned and went to a different hotel because it was so disgusting.

The kitchen was small but very functional, and the cook pots, dishes and silverware were all good quality. The bed was very comfortable. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. There was no noise from adjoining rooms except for a loud barking dog that someone left alone in the room all day. The "breakfast bar" was minimal with mostly processed foods, but we had our own food so it didn't matter. We will definitely consider returning here.

It was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. Bed OK. Stocked with NOTHING really. Some things available if you ask at the desk. Weak coffee in the morning, powered (disgusting) creamers, no juice, and they have stopped offering muffins because according to one employee, "People hoard them." Another said "they are on backorder." They did offer packets of oatmeal. Only BIG issue is, toilet is very low to the ground and bathtub has no gravelly, textured bottom to keep you from FALLING. It also has no rubber mat. Slippery tub! So it's just a matter of time before someone falls badly in the bathtub. That was my biggest complaint. Staff friendly, and at least it was quiet at night.

The kitchen was clean, as was the rest of the room. The toilet, however, was small and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a good experience.
