"this place is a joke and customer care is horrible"

I stayed here for a few weeks and everyone was nice but Kendall was rude and looked like i inconvenienceher to do or ask for anything and was super un welcoming also there rarely a "breakfast bar"I(ts a joke) called grab and go without coffee lids and there water does not get hot just Luke warm and never any towels I would not recommend I won't be returning the area was nice tho

Suzanne at the front desk was rude and very unhelpful. The software does some audit and she said I had to wait an hour to check in it. 1230 in the morning. She wouldn’t cancel my reservation because she said there’s no problem with the check-in, I would just have to wait up to an hour
