Everything! The personnel, the facility, the kitchenettes, the manager. I return often because of the kindness and caring!

The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. The location and surrounding area are good. Its nice that they have a kitchen so you can bring your own food especially since breakfast offerings are sparce. This hotel is in need of updates and also general maintenance/deep cleaning. There are areas in the bathroom where paint is peeling, the exhaust vents are full of dust, the shower heads need to be descaled or replaced since water only comes out of a few holes. We've stayed here before and the hallways always smell like Marijuana. The only thing they had available for breakfast was coffee and oatmeal (no granola bars or muffins like they advertise). We've stayed here before when visiting family so we know "what to expect". If you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a good location (that you're only going to be in the room to sleep) then this is a good choice. Hopefully the hotel will make some upgrades/general maintenance in the future.

This place is awful. Takes no frills to the next (low) level. Property and room was very seedy. Bad WiFi. Bad linens. Creepy guests. Room reeked of disinfectant. Dirt stains on fridge. Desk attendants not available for check out. 100% do not recommend.

My bathtub didn’t drain My sink didn’t work properly in the bathroom The carpet in the room was disgusting I have broken hanger pieces and crumbs on the carpet that I didn’t put there If you wanna wash a load, there’s 3.25 for the washer and 3.25 of the dryer. Blankets on the bed really thin and small I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in guy was rude but the out guy was nice

They had what we needed when we needed it like kitchen ware ect..

I wish they would have an oven with all the room kitchens. I also wish they had a bit more for the breakfast cause I can’t eat high fiber foods cause of my Crohns
