"Basic budget hotel vibes, with friendly staff."

The free wifi was hopeless. Cut out every few seconds. I couldn’t get the work done that I needed to do :(

Excellent location for city centre. Good breakfast. Clean & tidy room. Lift for luggage. All facilities as stated in booking.

(Very) minor criticisms: Pillow too soft and thin for support during sleeping. Breakfast cooled too quickly on warm plate. Could be more biscuits provided with tea/coffee facilities.

While reception were very nice and helpful unfortunately the room wasn’t as good . Fan provided didn’t work ,the shower was cold . And glad I went out to eat as when I returned I paid the most I’ve paid for a pint in Scotland £7. Also was advised that the pay and display car park was £12 for 24 hours and if less than 24 hours it would come down on an equivalent amount. So 11 hours cost me over £14!!!!!!!! Not impressed at all premier inn would have been better and that’s saying something

"All good no issues, parking was offered at an extra litterally 20m from the hotel. Very good rates for the Centre of tow"
