The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We travelled with a 7-month-old for a birthday, the staff went above and beyond to help where they could and also arranged a complementary birthday cake on our last day. Our flight was cancelled and we were moved onto a late flight, we were given a late check which was super helpful with a baby. the room was beautiful and well serviced. the hotel smelt divine. location was perfect, not central so quiet but super easy to get around, with tram stop right out the front.

The pillows were a bit soft but that is down to personal preference.

The rooms are fabulous with all needs met. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are friendly but professional. The breakfast was tasty and the evening meal in the bar area was good as well, the staff were friendly.

This is a really beautiful hotel with wonderful kind staff. Set in a great location for the city theatres and shopping you can also enjoy the magnificent gardens located behind the hotel . You could also stay in and enjoy all the beauty of the hotel and its facilities-. Breakfast is beautiful and the bar staff make a mean margarita! Pool and gym well equipped

Great location, big, clean and private rooms. Older, more classical hotel, feels high end but great value. Far better location than the Crown
