"Awesome experience"

We had an awesome experience at this hotel especially at the bistro. Grant, Sharon and Chef Charles were very polite and attentive to our order. Very warmth environment to eat and stay. Truly recommended.

"Never again."

Location.

The hotel looks nice at first glance, but the room smelled heavily of mildew. It was practically never cleaned. We stayed for five days and it was only cleaned once, and that was after we insisted at the reception. The breakfasts were a disaster, definitely not worth it, you have to pay extra for everything anyway. The air conditioning in the breakfast area is blasting so hard that you’re freezing while eating. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. We definitely won’t be coming back. There’s a Hilton next door which we recommend much more.

Great food. Highly recommend the restaurant. Wonderful service from Britney, Grant, Anyciai, Chef Pierre, and Alex. Rooms were very nice and clean.

"Grand Experience"

This hotel was a very welcomed surprise! My wife and I felt like we were truly appreciated for having selected the venue. The courteous staff, the cleanliness, the true hospitality of not only the staff but the other guests as well. Grant and Britney made breakfast enjoyable not just for us, but the entire room. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers. Our trip was a great success thanks to the staff at Courtyard by Marriott Aventura Mall!
