"Outstanding Service by Front Desk Representative Roberto"

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Roberto at the front desk of Courtyard by Marriott. We were scheduled to check out of the hotel, but unfortunately our children became ill and we had to take them to the hospital. Roberto was incredibly attentive and understanding of our situation. He immediately offered to extend our stay until we returned from the hospital at no additional cost, asked us to update him, and genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our children. His kindness, compassion, and patience made a very stressful and frightening experience much easier for us. Roberto is truly a wonderful and caring person, and we are deeply grateful for his help, his smile, and his outstanding service. Thank you, Roberto! we appreciate you very much. "Great experience"

Grant is a wonderful person. He knows how to take care of his customers.. Very polite and knowledgeable. Sharon is nice and polite person. Great service with chef Charles I truly recommend this hotel in the Aventura/Miami area.
