"Nice staff, clean room, good location."

I really thought the attendants at the front desk were helpful and personable. My room was clean. The pool area looked inviting and the location was in close proximity to the mall.

The air conditioner in my room was really loud and kept me awake! The washing machine for guests had soap stuck in it and wasn’t clean. It didn’t appear to be working properly.

"No frills but comfortable hotel"

Everything great in this friendly, chill hotel. The rooms are basic but comfortable. We even had a situation with the AC, where our unit was extremely noisy, and Victor R. Quickly came to our rescue, his service was efficient, kind, and respectful, looking to solve the issue. The entire team here is lovely.

המחיר היה מאוד גבוה למלון כזה! אבל מבחינת מיקום, שירות, אווירה היה מושלם.

"Marriott Aventura rocks!"

Hotel was in a great location, very clean, and everyone was extremely nice. They could use more amenities in the rooms (snack options, better coffee, bathroom toiletries) but overall nice. The Bistro in the hotel was fantastic! What a nice selection for both breakfast and diner too! Would love if they would be open for a few more hours each day, but the food was fantastic, The two ladies who work the morning hours couldn't have been nicer, they serve you with a smile and seem to really enjoy their jobs. The evening shift for dinner was the best....Julio and Chef Valentine ARE AMAZING! Julio remembered my family and I when we ordered the second night, he knew exactly how to tell the chef to prepare it and didn't miss a thing. All 4 dinner items we ordered could not have been better. The best tomato soup and grilled cheese I ever had, and a phenomenal grain bowl too! Any accommodations we asked for were provided by Julio with a smile. He is awesome, and he truly likes his job too! He made both of our dinners so enjoyable and Chef made them delicious. We will definitely be back! Th London Family
