Grant was very helpful with our sea passes for our cruise, very comfortable room and delicious food. Grant was awesome when it came to customer service. I was trying to download our sea passes and was having no success. Grant came over to help and solved our problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you. The room was clean and comfortable, I will stay again on my next cruise.

I had a great experience the two young ladies that work morning shift and phenomenal very respectful and accommodated every need I’ll for sure be back I believe the names are Ranniesha and Rushea Great staff thanks from room 445 I even got them lunch they were so welcoming

Wonderful stay! As someone who travels for both work and leisure, I have to say this is one of the best stays I have had. The front desk staff are professional yet kind and friendly. They do go the extra mile to insure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you to all of you. The room was clean and quiet. There was NO odor, which is a huge plus for me. Not in the room or the common areas. The housekeeping staff were friendly, prompt and accommodating to my requests. The gym is clean and well equipped for a thorough workout. I most definitely would recommend this hotel!

"Fantabulous stay"

I want to say that I had a fantastic experience here mainly from the stunning property and the friendly staff (Grant)! Grant and Andice helped me decide what to get for food options that were Open late, and I must say their opinions were spot on! 100/10 would recommend 🤏🏾🥰
