Very good breakfast - location vey good

a little routine refreshing of the rooms would be good - they show a little wear and tear

Check-in was a breeze and we were greeted with a very friendly hotel representative. The hotel and the rooms themselves were very clean and very comfortable. They provided everything that we needed, even though our stay was going to be short. If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to consider this hotel in the future. I was extremely impressed! They surpassed all expectations.

I was coming to town for a one night visit that was a mix of business, fun and family. Upon arrival, I was extremely pleased with the ease of parking, clean and bright lobby, as well as the adjacent bar/breakfast area. Check in was a breeze. My room was on the top floor, and the hallway approach was bright and clean. I had a single King bed room. However, it was very spacious, and included a small kitchen efficiency area, equipped with mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. There was also a desk area that was perfect if you need to work from the road. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and bright. One of the best parts of this stay for me was the included breakfast! As someone who has celiac disease, and needs to adhere to a gluten free diet, this hotel deserves the highest rating! They offer gluten free bagels, gluten free Udi’s muffins, gluten free egg frittatas, a “made to order” omelet station, as well as a yogurt station, cereal, etc. The gluten free bagel and muffin options are a rare find at hotel chain breakfast buffets! I was headed to a PWHL Boston Fleet game at UMASS Lowell Tsongas Center from the hotel, and the location was perfect, only a few miles away. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bathroom door was a ‘slider’ which didn’t stay shut.

I had a wonder 4 day stay at the Element in North Chelmsford Ma. Stephanie the front desk associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant during my check in. I met the Assistant General Manager Kerry on several occasions during my stay and she was very attentive as to how my stay was and why I was in the area. The room was very clean with the convenience of a full kitchen and filtered water in the kitchen faucet. The staff were extremely helpful and will definitely stay at this property the next time I am in the area. Sheila Cregg
