Hot tub and pool and the workers was great

Staff was nice

That we found dried up small brownish looking bugs on the mattress cover and it also smelled a little bad in the room. So we left and drove two hours home after being up for half the night at the casino. Terrible end to trip

The clerk was nice when we checked in.

The room was not clean. The know to the bathroom was missing. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. The walls had stuff on them and the bedside table was dirty. I could smell food from other guest VERY strongly in my room. It was not worth 150 a night. Im just not a complainer so I sucked it up but I will never stay there again and we travel to Cherokee on average 3 times a month. What a shame.

The price, room clean and had a pleasant smell, quiet, bathroom very clean and sanitized,and the space of the room was spacious, also air conditioner worked great and location was good.

The sheets were old looking and stained. The spead very thin but smelled pleasant. Parking area for cars lights very dim, need brighter lights.

Nothing. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

Everything. Literally everything. My friend and I are locals, we live abiut 45min away and were staying there bc it is close to the casino. We were treated like trash. They even called us out on being local and how ridiculous it was for us to claim a room potentially keeping a tourist or non local from a night stay. To which I replied my money is just as valuable and In fact my tax dollars that are used to keep this town alive could be used as an argument against her opinion on tourist being more valuable. I will turn every tourist I encounter away from this establishment. Not to mention how disgusting our room was. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
