"Exceptional"

The hotel is clean, the beads are comfortable, thenloaction is good - within 10 mins drive from most of the things to do in Cherokee, the staff (especially the blonde lady at the front desk) were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was clean, had an issue with TV remote and it was resolved immediately.

Hotel could use a few updates but I would definitely stay again

Beds were super hard, which for us was very uncomfortable, I recognize that some folks find a hard bed comfortable but not us

No microwave in room. The fridge has no temperature control so our food froze. Breakfast was o.k. but didn't offer juice.
