"We ended up canceling our stay and checked out within hour and half"

Room wasn’t cleaned and there was know staff available to accommodate the dirty room. Also front desk wasn’t available to find us another room.

Dry clean, good breakfast, modern, good value.

Requested an accessible room because of mobility issues. Room was a long way from the elevator. Shower didn’t have any grab bars.

"They guy at the desk didn’t care enough to help me at all"

It was clean, but I had to wait 2 hours after my check in to even be able to check in bc the room wasnt clean yet and there was no hand towels in the room and the sockets in the room didn’t work so I had to move the microwave to a different area to use it.

"Good price, comfortable but could improve"

Easy check-in and check-out. Parking was close by and rates were resonable. Bed was comfortable and the room and linens were clean.

The door to the bathroom would not close and no fan. Located too close to the busy highway we could hear sirens all throughout the night.

Suites are spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Location is great. Very close to shopping and various restaurants.

TV was not able to connect to our phones to screen our apps. Apps on tv wouldn't open either. Staff were unable to help & said other rooms had the same issues. 3 days with few channels was not good.
