Menori Luxury Suite

Everything was A+. An absolute recommendation for everyone who's visiting Kalymnos. Nick was a great host as well. We'd definitely come back again. The place is super cozy, and you have everything you need for cooking, washing clothes etc.

Internet connection sucked from time to time. It can be problematic if you work remotely

Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Ein paar Restaurants und Shops gab es in der Nähe am Dorfplatz; ein Strand und weitere Restaurants waren ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Ich dachte, die Unterkunft sei zentraler. Es gibt jedoch eine Bushaltestelle am Dorfplatz. Mit dem ( sehr pünktlichen!) Bus kann man bequem und günstig nach Myrties oder Pothia fahren. Leider fährt er nicht so oft.

What a lovely little getaway! We have been on Kalymnos for a week with our dog. Nick our host was so polite to pick us up at the port (we came with the ferry from Kos) without any extra costs. Menori Suite is so beautiful, very chic, boho styled, very spacious (though compact). We unfortunately went there for a workation so we had to work during the week, however there was enough room for the both of us to work easily without interruption (internet works so well!). We were also greeted with fruits, bread and water in the fridge, this is very thoughtful! The Menori Suite is situated between the Kalymnos Town and the more touristic area Masouri. It is easy to go in both directions but I suggest a car for the island anyway (the host has a good contact and they deliver the car to the Suite). However, it is more than worth to see Panormos. There are beautiful Tavernas, a nice beach (with restaurants) and it is close to a very good coastal walk. Walking or Running in the morning is great, not crowded with cars or anything and the walk to the Monastery every morning keeps you fit from the amazing Greek food around. I would have loved to stay longer, but we will definitely come back. Highly recommend! Unfortunately we missed to write in the Guest Book, but we will do this the next stay! :-)
