Quality Inn & Suites York East

The HAND CARVED AND PAINTED CHAIRS in the breakfast area are probably the highlight of the stay here, very eye catching and wonderfully done!! Breakfast was your average continental breakfast, we stayed 1 night in room 218 which looks to have been recently renovated and it was pleasantly cozy. The beds were more comfortable than most i have slept on in recent similarly priced rooms.

Side parking lot, later at night.. could definitely see some light "street pharmacist" type activities, perhaps even saw some "escort" like tendencies but likely just some people getting some quick, dirty, GREASY stuff going for they Friday night.. Power to the playas!!

The staff was amazing and super helpful, especially overnight

Absolutely nothing past the lobby- it was the only thing that looked decent.

Room was filthy- walls had stuff on them like they weren’t wiped in years, thick coat of dust on the outlets. Door handle was broke on the inside so the door wouldn’t latch unless you played with it. The turning lock did not lock either. Hair dryer was broke- the switch was loose and just moved freely so it didn’t turn on. Toilet was literally just sitting on the floor- it slid super easy back and forth. The thermostat was broke so it was super hot over night and I didn’t realize this until I went to turn on the air in the middle of the night. The refrigerator was missing a foot so it sat crooked and everytime we opened it, it rocked back and forth. I told the staff about all of this and they replied “okay, I’ll report it” we got there around 8 pm ish and we were all tired from driving 7 hours so we didn’t want to try to find anywhere else. I asked for a refund and they told me no and literally stopped responding to me after I requested one. Not to mention, there was drug addicts in and out of rooms next to us all through the night. The photos they post ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the real thing. It was absolutely ridiculous!!! Do not stay here. The lobby makes you believe it’s gonna be really nice too. I was soooo mad!!!!

The pool area outside was kind of pretty

The room was filthy, the pull out mattress looked like it had blood on it and when we pointed it out to the staff they told us everything was washable and that covering it with sheets would solve the problem. Um....what!? I did not feel safe or comfortable with any of us sleeping on that mattress not to mention the fact that there were no blankets or pillows available for comfort. There were bits of food and garbage under all the furniture and the cushions. We demanded a full refund and went to a different hotel.

Needs updated . Room had a bad smell worst pillows I have ever slept on . They don’t know what do not disturb means . Had my sign on the door when I left and maintenance came in my room while I was gone . Unprofessional.

It’s the worst place to be both staff and hotel rooms does not meet the standards at all. And also their rooms are without heat and air conditioning. I’m glad I was able to survive that day.

Absolutely nothing

The room reeked of smoke while the hotel advertised it as a non-smoke room. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations. I couldn't stay at the hotel so I had to book another hotel. I tried calling and emailing the owner to make an exception to refund me my money. Owner never called or emailed me back. Customer service was horrible. If I could give this hotel a zero star I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Place is getting a little tired. Room was clean. Okay price.
