#1 staff were amazing & friendly. The Value for the stay in incredible - I could not ask for anything more other than more time to stay.

I was unable to download the app for the laundry facility for some reason - I don't believe all people had this issue and I never could figure out the reason why it would not download to my phone, I'm sure it was on my end as others successfully downloaded the app. Not all was lost - staff helped me get the machines going via another direction. Not to mention there are facilities outside the hotel in very close proximity.

It was convenient to stores and the sports stadiums. Price was very fair

The staff was phenomenal enjoyed this location really close to the Dallas cowboys stadium and we were there celebrating a birthday and enjoying a game to this location was perfect. My better half does not like to go out to eat a lot so this was perfect they had an air fryer so I was able to make him a wonderful meal and I still got to enjoy eating out.

Only negative is I could only have one item at a time from their kitchen rental so my sister had to get the blender for me on her room so that we could have our lovely drink
