Everything was perfect, the room, location, etc

The fact that the extra 100 charge for deposit is not returned right away but it might take 10 business days.

"It met my needs for a long term stay."

They have two outdoor grills to cook food in a covered patio area. Also would have not stayed there unless the had elevators as I am not able to use stairs.

Not sure why the laundry uses an App to operate their machines.

#1 staff were amazing & friendly. The Value for the stay in incredible - I could not ask for anything more other than more time to stay.

I was unable to download the app for the laundry facility for some reason - I don't believe all people had this issue and I never could figure out the reason why it would not download to my phone, I'm sure it was on my end as others successfully downloaded the app. Not all was lost - staff helped me get the machines going via another direction. Not to mention there are facilities outside the hotel in very close proximity.
