Location was good.

I didn’t like that there was Zero Water Pressure, Didn’t know that whole hotel is getting renovated, fire alarms going off, elevators take forever. NO Breakfast as They say they have!! No front desk that answers and etc…

The location was good. There was construction at the hotel. Some inconveniences such as inconsistent elevator performance and bagged breakfast were dealt with.

The phone number provided to us to call the front desk was never answered. On the Saturday we were at hotel the alarm sounded. We did not know if this was an accidental alarm or if indeed there was an emergency such as a fire. I called the front desk and there was no answer. Continue on the lack of the phone being answered, we tried to call the hotel after we left to ask if the room could be checked for some clothing that might have been hanging in the closet. Very irritatingly we never had the phone number we used answered. Nor was there any way to contact the hotel through a voicemail or Internet message. The lack of someone answering the phone really degraded our impression of this hotel.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The rooms are nice, recently refurbished. Location is good as well. Comfortable bed.

No cold water in shower on day one, just scalding. No water in shower at all second night. Personnel were notified on day 1, and it got worse. No answer when tried to call front desk.

We were never notified that the property was under construction. We should have received an email prior to our arrival disclosing these conditions. The experience was unacceptable for my family and me: the rooms had a foul odor, the television was not functioning, and the promised breakfast was replaced with a bag containing only water, juice, and a muffin. Given these circumstances, the hotel should not have accepted reservations.

This hotel should be closed for the extensive renovations it is undertaking. Be aware this hotel (as per the hotel staff) is owned and operated by an Indian consortium, and has little to do with La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham. The list of issues is long, and I am not usually a complainer, but this is a warning to anyone that might be booking. We booked six rooms for our family gathering to celebrate my mother's life. All six rooms had major issues. Maybe chief among them was the fact that the room keys only functioned on one room. This meant that when returning to the room, we had to find a member of staff to go with us and use their master key to let us into our room (which was difficult since the front desk was not manned, being in the lobby that was closed due to renovations). There was of course no breakfast served, and the rooms were not clean. One rooms was so dirty that one of our party had to move to a room on a different floor. The single elevator was constantly being used.

I can’t get a hold of anybody at front desk been calling from 8pm -1230 tonight got home and just want someone to check for keys to see if I left them in room 300. No gym, no continental breakfast as promised. Woken up every morning by construction workers sanding my door with sandpaper. No TV, just over all horrible experience, staff were very upset n had no answers no formal lobby or ac
