La Quinta by Wyndham Austin Airport

Well personal at front desk was rude and we had an ID with Jorge English name George the front office didn’t want to let us check in because of that.

Carpet smells old and was dirty in the halls

It is a safe area and easy to drive out

Wish breakfast would be until a later time. LOL

Conveniently located near the airport. The room was updated, and is spacious. Ample storage space, fridge, microwave and coffee machine are convenient.

Parts of the hotel are really dated. The elevator is slow. The room does not have good sound insulation and we can hear very loud noises coming from the road.

This property was nearby the event I have to go to easy access to Freeway

Employee at front desk guy with tattoos on heavy side, had a very nasty attitude because I went to the front desk twice because my key would not work when I went the second time he seemed like he was ready to go home because he had his backpack on, he was the only person at the front desk and when I told him my key wasn’t working, he had something in his hands and he threw it against the counter and reached out for my keys did not say a word and give me my keys back. Also, my AC unit was leaking water in my room. I did not say anything because I got back late and I was very tired.

Easy access and airport shuttle

Nothing not to like. It was a very clean, average family or business travel hotel.

Basic, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The room was spacious and the shuttle was very nice to have. I was able to leave at 6:30am and head to the airport with plenty of time.
