It is 14mins away to COTA, has a decent breakfast, free parking, close to breakfast places and bed is comfortable.

The restroom door is broken; you have to force it kinda to close. The carpet looks like it wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. The ceiling looks moldy, or maybe because the hotel is old, the paint has worn off. Repainting the room and fixing the doors would be nice. The ice machine on the first floor is not working.
