Was greeted with a friendly smile. Fast check in. The room itself was clean and and bed comfy. I look forward go staying here again.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the facility was very clean. The rooms are setup like an apartment, with a separate entrance for each room. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a partial kitchen (no stove, but includes a microwave and refrigerator). The stay includes complementary breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms with good amenities

Hair on the floor and on carpet, and gorss! Only one large shower towel No body soap in the shower Sofa bed and mattress was too thin and springs stuck out, horrible to sleep on, for the back Room smelled bad! Unsafe neighborhood Air conditioner did not cool Called room service for pillows, blanket, and sheets, she said there is only her at front desk and that i had to walk up there in the middle of night in an unsafe neighborhood to get them myself! After a horrible first night, I called them to cancel the second night, and again they could not process it because there was only one person at front desk and she did not have the authority! When I asked to cancel the next morning and confirm by 8 am, she said management doesn't start until 10 am! They charged for $50 extra, designated as room incidentals and even though I used no room incidentals and they confirmed it, they have not refunded me after two weeks. When I call them, they say it shouldn't be charged to you, but it is right there on my credit card!

Close to the airport.

The room carpet & floors were dirty and had not been cleaned, (kitchen, bedroom room, living room & bathroom).

This is the second time I stay here. My wife and I LOVE your place.

The bed was nice and comfortable, the room was equiped as expected and everything worked, I liked the inroom heater/cooler. It kept the room as I wanted it to.

I didn't know there was a rate change during my stay and I didn't know they charged $10 a day for parking. It would have been nice to know before I got the bill at checkout.
