Rooms need refurbishing and updating

The location, close train station but also had 2 wetherspoons within viewing distance one directly opposite my bedroom window carlisie itself has loads to offer history wise and is a great place to vist

The windows nearly could be open due to stop blocks on frame which wasn't great I belive the opening is allowed to be 100mm this was in the middle of heatwave ,downside to the wetherspoons opposite is the noise all evening and because of football world cup well to early hours

Perfect location for city centre and train station, lovely hotel, comfortable room, would recommend.

Our room was a bit noisy from street traffic

Excellent locality to the railway station and bars. The value for money is spot on

All good nothing not to like

Rom was clean and bed was comfy

Our room was on the first floor but it was the furthest room away from the reception(might have been a different postcode)part of the walk to the room was pretty smelly,carpets need a good clean and there were poor ventilation,the room we had was lovely and clean.

Good WiFi, Excellent location, courteous staff and good value for money.

Period property with associated problems. This is compensated by the excellent location and fantastic staff who are very helpful.
