Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Biltmore

For the purpose of our trip, this was the perfect location.

Our room refrigerator and freezer did not work and kept defrosting and leaking all over the floor. Wouldn't freeze anything in the freezer and barely kept food in the fridge cold.

It was clean and close to everything.

I had to pay for my room twice. I paid through Booking, but when I checked in, both the lady in front of me and myself had our payments come up missing in the system, and we both had to pay again at the time of check in. I didn’t have time to get it sorted out when I checked in as we were running late to our concert. I spoke with the person at the front desk and she took my name and number down so she could escalate it to her manager. I spoke with Booking, who called the property, and all the could do was email the property. I was told i had to wait at least 48 hours for a response. I’m out a lot of money right now for one of the worst nights of sleep ever.

Nothing

It was dirty and beds were broken and smell was awful and nothing worked

The hotel location was good, easy to find.

The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom could have been better. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Not much to say. It was clean and staff was nice. No Marriott but it was worth the price.

Lack of hot water

Room was great. staff was friendly. Room was quiet.

Breakfast was nothing but carbs. Diabetic coma - here I come.

It was very clean ,comfortable, safe and the staff was very friendly

Maybe more choices for breakfast but I did understand that it was just a grab and go . We brought our dog and it was extra per night it would of been nice if pets were free and just put a refundable deposit if the pets make a mess but Overall a Wonderful stay Thank you
