The location was top tier.

The front desk representative(s) took over an hour to return for check in time at 3:00 pm. This delayed my own schedule. Not only that, I had to return to the front desk 3 times due to my key not being activated correctly and I was staying on the 3rd floor.

Never step into the building.

Staff she made me wait there for 15 minutes. And didn’t bother ask. Her was not polite at all not courtesy. She didn’t help me how to cancel my reservation
