There was roaches in our room. I let the staff know and it didn’t seem to concern them too much. Just a “oh I’m sorry”, was their answer.

Staff was awesome, polite, professional and genuinely trying to help with all the issues.

No cold water pressure. Water shut off twice during our stay. Water poured out of ceiling in bathroom when room above used there shower.
