Homey, beautiful clean

Staff kicked us out after my husband and I tried paying for a pet room. They didnt even give us a refund. We took in a stray got him shots and is now our forever furr baby. Told us we had to pay for a pet room I was already on my way to make that money to pay for him $25 but they wanted us to have it now. They wouldn't give me an hour or two to make money for the new room and pet fee they were going to let us stay until we told her I was headed to work. So 0 stars if I could.

When speaking to the front desk about giving a key to a complete stranger that came into our room she stated I needed to bring it down and I needed to identify myself because they had no records of us being given a room

The front seat lady was very helpful and very nice and respectful. The room we were given was very clean and comfortable! Enjoyed how quiet it was as well and also the swimming pool was a +!! The whole facility was so clean!

There was nothing I didn't like! The price was great as well as the services!

The so-called free breakfast was the most pathetic and misleading operation i have ever witnessed at a hotel. EVER! And no hot water!
