Well, when I first arrived, the staff that was there she was respectful, nice caring you know my daughter had to use the restroom really bad so she had use. You know the room was clean, but it wasn’t clean to my standards. There was hair in the tub, you know that the refrigerator still needed to be cleaned. I don’t sleep on hotel or motel blankets. I bring my own so that wasn’t a problem. The morning staff was banging on my door about 10 AM telling me you always check out check out understand checkout is at 11, but me and my daughter was still asleep. I told her that I was gonna extend my night. She told me why I had to hurry up and get downstairs and pay before 11 o’clock, so that’s what I did as I get downstairs to pay for my room she told me oh I’m gonna have to get a new confirmation number And rebook the room which was like you know it’s gonna frustrate you because who wants to check out and they have to check all the way back in at 3 o’clock. She was very disrespectful. Really rude. Had a attitude woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Stay not completed due to no-show, but the hotel charged the entire stay even though the Booking.com conditions clearly stated that only the first night would be charged in case of no-show. I reported the issue, but the property showed no willingness to correct the charge or find a fair solution. Very disappointing and not customer-oriented

The staff was amazing, everyone we spoke to was super kind. The staff were top tier.

While it was clean, some upgrades are much needed... the sofa bed mattress was stained and looked really bad, I'm not entirely sure it was clean because there was a coin chilling in the mattress as I unfolded it. The cushions of the couch were falling apart, the back of the couch was super stained. The mattresses were pretty thin and made a noise everytime you moved. And the walls were so thin we heard the people above us all night long.
