"Extended stay? No way."

We had shelter for the night and the staff was very nice.

The completely full trash closet next to the elevator was a stinky experience. The coffee got us through our immediate need in the morning but the granola bar and muffin were stale and inedible. There wasn’t anything else besides an oatmeal packet and tea. There were no utensils, cups, a coffee pot, or other kitchen supplies in the kitchen. There wasn’t anything else no shampoo or conditioner or a hair dryer in the room. The pull out sofa bed had no linens and none in the closet for us to put them on ourselves.

Breakfast was the average cereal and hot beverage !Staff was awesome very pleasant and helpful !

Had some issue's with the card key not working a couple of time's . But the staff fixed issue promptly !

Location

Stains on the bathroom sink, odor in room . lacked cleanilkes . We were given a handicapp room . We didnt feel like showering . Issues with keys
