Manni was helpful when I had issues

No one else was helpful at all when I had problems. The first room I was given had a messed up shower (like cracks and stains) and broken parts of the room. How did they not notice this when they were supposedly cleaning the room? The laundry facilities didn’t work - you couldn’t get detergent and the staff had no way of helping me (or just didn’t want to) When I checked out, I think the person was sleeping in the office.

I have stayed at the Extended Stay in Buckhead many times now wow I was intown for work and I must admit this locations hotel staff has always been extremely welcoming and helpful. I particularly want to recognize the staff member named Manni, she is always extremely welcoming, thoughtful, kind, energetic, caring, and flawless customer service..
