The property was very clean and the staff were very warm and welcoming.

Nothing went well. If you want to get ripped off then this is the place to be. I paid $ 103.00 for 1 night and for my pet $ 150.00 when I checked in at 9pm - I was too tired to find another hotel. On the website it states PET FRIENDLY. Are you serious???

Don´t ge there unless everything else is booked!

Great location in Atlanta with lovely amenities

The location is great, close to Centennial Park, the Georgia Aquarium and other attractions. The pool area looked wonderful, even though we weren’t able to use it because it was raining.

We had quite a bit of luggage (traveling with two little ones), and waited over half an hour for our luggage to be brought up to the room after checking in. We eventually just went down to collect it ourselves. Not sure if there was a miscommunication that we were responsible for it ourselves. The room was so cold (65 degrees) and we couldn’t get the temp to go up. Eventually we just turned off the whole AC. Also, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work, so it made the room feel damp and smell a bit musty.

Didn’t like breakfast set up! Why were they asking about a payment for breakfast when it was complemental breakfast?
