The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

My company held a conference at this historical hotel 5/11-14. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with every staff member. I am the meetings and travel manager for my organization and travel extensively for work. Here are my deepest thanks and gratitude by name...of each individual. Excellent boutique Hotel, clean and visually appealing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Nicole at the front desk who made our stay that much more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here if I returned to Atlanta.

The room and bathroom were fabulous, and I loved the historical information provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for sightseeing. Everything was clean and attractive. Compared to other hotels, this was excellent value for money.

I was disappointed that the pool was not available - it was very warm out! The menu in the restaurant is pretty limited, and I thought my caesar salad was ordinary, perhaps overpriced.

Our stay here was great. The rooms are recently renovated and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice lobby. Plus, the front desk folks are super nice. This is an awesome place to stay if you're coming to town for a game or concert downtown, or near the World Congress Center. The only thing I'd say negative is that we were on the 4th floor and, while the bathrooms are beautiful, the water pressure was fairly non-existent. And it took an eternity for the shower to heat up. I almost had to extend my stay just waiting for hot water. Perhaps it's better on higher floors.
