Comfort

Staff most were rude everything was a battle to get had to ask for coffee 4x till we got some in our room a day later , no staff had any ideas about parking in ATL sat in the restaurant for 15mins with 3 customers before anyone said hello then gives us 1 menu for 2 ppl. Just not friendly or knowledgeable, one employee said there was free breakfast but there wasnt just a mess !

Location was everything. Very Classy hotel, Balcony was cherry on top. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing and friendly + valet guy very friendly and efficient

"Great customer service by Maleena"

As I was checking in (third in line; 2 lines open), Maleena came in to open a new check-in line. Just as I was walking up to get checked in at the new line, another customer walked up beside me. Maleena recognized that this was a customer who had previously checked in and required urgent assistance. She politely asked if I would allow her to attend to that customer, in a way that showed empathy to that person and showed courtesy to me as well. I appreciated that she thanked me again for my patience when she checked me in.
