The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

I liked the history and the staff was excellent. The location was perfect.

The only minor issue was there was only one working elevator most of my stay and that caused long waits for busy times

The bathroom door hinges were off so the door wouldn’t completely shut

It was historical and close to the tabernacle venue and other attractions

There is no parking. Had to pay $40 for 24 hour parking down the street

Beautiful check in and room. Maleeha at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! I would stay here again just off my experience with her. Clean beautiful room with a stellar view. 10/10 for Maleeha 10/10 for the hotel.

Die Zimmer waren bis 16.00 noch nicht gemacht. Frühstück war mit viel Fett zubereitet. Auf dem Balkon war es durch die Belüftung der Klimaanlage extrem laut.

We booked last minute through Priceline. It was very difficult to find rooms with two beds with the volleyball tournament in town . Upon arrival, we were told that the reservation was for a handicap room. Matthew took great care of us and managed to give us an upgrade to a nicer room with an amazing view of the park and the Ferris wheel. Everybody on staff was friendly and accommodating, from the valet to the housekeepers and front desk staff. We stayed for three days and enjoyed working out at the gym and the great location, being able to walk to everything nearby.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially with the manager, Ricky. My family and I were in town for a volleyball tournament and the New Edition concert, so it was a busy weekend for us. The room was clean, and the staff was consistently helpful any time of day or night. Ricky was professional, patient, and took the time to understand my concerns about a billing matter. He followed through on his promise to provide timely updates, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this hotel.
