For some marketing reason, the first night (Wednesday) cost twice as much as the next two nights.

Location was fabulous … our room (a King Size) was very spacious … house keeping was completed every day to a fabulous standard … all members of staff were polite, helpful and really friendly!

The hotel was very clean.

Hotel was clean and spacey, well located.

There was a resort fee that was not clear on booking site. When I asked at check-in i was encouraged to pay the fee before being told what it covered. Not great customer service/experience. Was later remedied.

I booked two rooms through Booking.com with payment due at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told payment would be made at checkout, but multiple charges and holds were placed on our cards with inconsistent explanations. I was charged amounts that staff claimed were from Booking.com, but my bank statement clearly showed the charges came directly from the hotel. Additional urban fees were also charged, and I am still seeing a duplicate pending charge that no one could properly explain. The staff seemed confused about the billing process, and when I asked for clarification, I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. I also requested assistance in Spanish, but no one on staff spoke Spanish. In addition, amenities such as slippers, robes, and even tea were not provided in the room and had to be requested. The property itself is very nice, but the lack of transparency with charges and the poor handling of customer concerns left a negative impression
