Nous n’avons pas apprécié la politique commerciale qui prélève d’autorité 35 $/jour à dépenser dans les restaurants et activités de l’hôtel. Si on l’utilise on bénéficie d’une remise de 10$/jour. Sinon c’est perdu. Une manière désagréable de capter les clients.

The location was great. 8min walk to dinner and to supermarket for supplies that we needed, water, wine and toiletries.

We didn’t like that everything was a NO to every question we asked! Do you have coffee mugs for our room? No, you can get them from the coffee shop. Do you have wine glasses? NO, you can get them from the restaurant. We left the hotel and called them letting them know we left our printed itinerary in the room and asked them to fax, email or text us the documents. “Juan” at the front desk said, let me check and I’ll call back. He never called us back and he had quite the attitude. I would NOT recommend the Dagny unless you like no customer service at all. They could really care less if we were there or not!

Loved the wood paneled rooms. The cozy library and the dining facilities were very good Our room was well appointed and spacious and they offered Nespresso coffee!

No siempre dejaban café de cortesía, la ventana de la habitación era muy pequeña. El restaurante del hotel tiene pocas opciones para comer y muy caras.

Location and staff were amazing.
