The refrigerator unplugged was sitting in my room with a dolly . The offered me a 25% discount for the inconvenience. I put the refrigerator back this morning where it was supposed to be in the beginning

Only the cost

Upon entering the hotel, there was a foul smell that was assumed to pass. However, after standing at the registration desk waiting to be checked in. I realized the smell was not leaving and a lady behind me told someone on the phone that it stinks. I took the elevator to the second floor, where my room was, only to step off the elevator to three large bins of garbage that were overflowing out of the cans. That should’ve been my clear indication that I should not stay here. Upon entering my room, I found the couch with a hole in it, as well as the desk chair was in incredibly dirty with spots and cigarette burns, and the bathroom had spiders on the ceiling and one that shriveled up near the toilet on the floor. It takes a long time for a spider to die and shrivel up on the floor, which tells me the room has not been used or cleaned in a very long time. Also, when I looked out the window to see my view from the room, the glass was broken. From that point, I immediately went back downstairs to the registration desk and told the young lady I could not stay there and would like a refund. She gave me a printout and told me that I needed to reach out to Booking.com since I made the reservation through them. I have a small snippet of the video that I thought I captured the window and the couch that had the hole in it, but I only got the bathroom cabinet that looks like it was chewed , and portion of me stepping into the bathroom, realizing I’m finding the dead spider and the large living one. I immediately went to Hotel Tonight, and got a beautiful updated, king size room at the Fairfield Marriott just 10 minutes away and only paid $30 more with tax than what I paid at extended stay America. Unfortunately, the site does not allow video. Only pictures.

The place is clean, organized, well-located, comfortable, and pleasant.

Breakfast is "to go"—just coffee, tea and a muffin.
