Valet was seemless. They made geeting off the mainstreet quick and easy .Alexander at the front desk was sharp and knowledgeable. Hotel was extraordinary. Lastly, Josiah was very helpful with building navigation.

Josiah, Was such a nice young man. Upon arrival he greet us with a smile and asked us if we needed assistance. He placed our bags in the room and gave us helpful tips about the hotel and its amenities. He was thorough and knowledgeable about the city as well. Josiah was very helpful and provided awesome service. He transported our luggage to our room and provided valuable information about the hotel and what we will experience in San Antonio. Impressive old property with modern twist . Rooms large / great location .

1. Service levels hit and miss. Breakfast is good but expect to wait to be seated (1st morning - 10 mins standing around to be seated took 45 mins before order arrived ) - 2nd morning different staff - much more efficient - take of 2 halves . Room make up - missed - bedroom not hoovered / dusty The management of this hotel is very poor . It has massive potential but needs direction . Be careful if booking through OTA where breakfast included as hotel tries to apply a $40 credit - which contravenes what you booked and paid for on OTA . Manger is very inexperienced and has no understanding of how OTA works or basic customer respect

This was one of my best hotel stays I’ve had! Dean and his valet team were incredible - so helpful, friendly and kind. Customer service was top notch. I never touched a door and the cleaning staff did the best turndown service I’ve ever had. Really wonderful hotel.
