"Staff and management outstanding!"

The hotel struggled with the air conditioning. My mom‘s TV didn’t work. But I don’t rate hotels necessarily on their problems. I write on how they handle the problems with their customers. Their staff was outstanding in getting the problems solved, people moved, credited our room, etc., SoI would encourage anyone to stay here and I stay here often.

The room was not very clean, dusty, and carpets soiled. Needed to change rooms due to power outage in the bathroom. Hotel staff were nice and accommodating.

"Will not come back"

Probably a great hotel for people that enjoy antiques. The smell of must from old furniture and books is not my thing! Wish they would have had a microwave. Not recommended for business travel. Tiny rooms, parking was terrible. I guess you have to request turn service???Front desk staff were friendly. Actually can't believe it's a Hilton.
