great location,gym facilities; nice event facilities and catering; unique design, small bathrooms, no microwave access or coffee pot in room; but they did have a fridge and electric water kettle; ice on same floor and water dispenser; coffee shop and bar downstairs;

Excellent location. Front desk people were good. Key card required for elevators for security. Bathroom updated nicely since my last visit 3 years ago.

I bought breakfast tickets but they apparently don't include coffee or other beverages.

"A fun stay at the Graduate in downtown Iowa City."

The sports themed rooms make it a fun place to stay. The wall writings suggested an emphasis on learning and thinking, which we respect.

The adjacent coffee shops food was only so-so.
