Staff was nice

I am writing regarding my stay from 1.9-1.10.2025. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Upon checking in I was given a room with a toilet that everytime I flushed the toilet I had to take the back off of the toilet and fix the toilet so that it would stop running. This was extremely frustrating as I had rushed over to Carlsbad for a medical procedure at the hospital across from the motel. I was unable to get a good night sleep due to the running toilet and the heater that would randomly shut off and I would wake up freezing. I paid $107.17 for this very dreadful night of trying to rest before a medical procedure. This was highly disappointing.

The room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Great hote for a great price. Once we booked online, we received a welcome text message letting us know to reply to the message is there was anything we needed. We appreciate their communication. If we are in Carlsbad again, we will stay at this hotel.

"Great Place to Sleep"

Clean/Comfortable rooms, daily room cleaning, friendly staff, breakfast offered, right across the street from the hospital, good location to food-chains, rather quiet area. Overall a great place to sleep.
