The room was a bit small

Great location. We’ve been staying at this hotel for years. Love the remodel too. The rooms are nicely updated and the moody paint is very vibey. Bed is very comfy. Not so positive on the bathroom. Sink is tiny can barely brush ur teeth. Shower pressure is good but the old bathtub and half a shower door is a no no. The toilet facing the bed is super annoying. And no coffee or tea downstairs. Will def be back but will make sure we upgrade the room. Valet guys were amazing!!

Lite litet rum i förhållande till priset. Ett så fint hotell borde ha en egen restaurang. Fanns en bar i lobbyn som serverade en lättare frukost mot extra kostnad.

I was going to see a jazz concert at the Lobero Theater, which is about a 10 minute walk from the Hotel Santa Barbara and perfectly located right there on State Street where there are no cars. I have stayed at this hotel several times and since it’s remodel, it is absolutely wonderful.. It is near all the restaurants and coffee shops and nice places to go shopping and most of State Street does not allow cars so it’s really quite fun to walk the streets and see all that there is to offer.. the room was wonderful as well as the bedding and pillows and it was very quiet and they’ve added a bar downstairs in the lobby, which was a nice addition., the valet parking in the back is very helpful as well and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. You will absolutely enjoy your stay and it’s location..

The atmosphere and rooms are beautiful, and the property is clean and comfortable. There is a Starbucks right next door that opens very early, which is a huge perk for visiting east coasters. The hotel is perfectly located between State St. attractions and the beach. Some things to note that could be challenging to some guests: *Proximity to college bars can make weekend noise a problem. Bring a noisemaker. *Very slow, very small elevator. Take the stairs, if possible. *Parking is valet, so there is sometimes a wait for your vehicle to be retrieved. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place, great service!!!

Our favourite hotel on our road trip was a dream. We wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were beautifully styled, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary pour-over coffees. The valet service was both affordable and hassle-free. Thank you!
