Superbly located on State Street within easy walking distance of Wharf and very convenient for Amtrak station. Great hotel recently refurbished, lovely room modern and well appointed. Great welcome from reception staff who were always very happy to help.

The location is good, right on the main and lively street. The staff was very helpful

We got a completely different room than what we booked. We booked and paid for a suite. We got a room with two separate beds. Very uncomfortable for a couple. The room was not clean. Other people's belongings were left there (a balloon, a room keycard, etc.). We were promised compensation, but we didn't get eventually

The gym

Our room was small and on both nights of our stay we were kept awake by noise from a nearby bar. Apart from the gym & a small cafe/bar in the foyer, there is nothing else in the hotel. Valet parking was $30 per day

Great stay here. The location is perfect right on lower State Street. The room was quiet and our sleep was good. Furnishing look fresh and new. The bathroom was a bit small and the shower awkward. Bed was comfortable but slightly broken down. Valet parking was quite easy and they offered free EV charging. Public areas are super clean and nicely furnished. I would stay here again.
