Room had a smoky smell but got better once the air was on. Ok for a night

Staff was very nice and friendly. Location was great.

The refrigerator needed defrosting from ice build up , it was making a noise so we unplugged it, defrost it the first night we were there, plugged it back up the next morning and it was fine for the rest of our stay. We reported it to the clerk and housekeeping. Dining area was out of forks but the breakfast was good. There was a couple of used left over wash clothes hanging over the shower when we got there that we removed.

The room was good size

Someone had been smoking in this room. The front desk told us they had no king beds available, went online and booked a king bed. Reviews states a great breakfast....what breakfast...only items out were cereal,yogurt,and coffee...

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The room was a nice size but the bathroom shower had not been cleaned and I wore my sandals anytime I walked on the rug. It was not clean.

My only complaint was the showerhead not being very good.

Location and price.

Staff was not very friendly. Seemed as though we were bothering her. We found a bug of some kind in the bed. We were moved to another room and found another bugvright on To p of the comforter. Worker had the nerve to say she didn't believe us. We had to go through a lot of things to get our money back. We eventually did, though. I'm very disappointed. We stayed here several times before and never had a problem. It will definitely be taken off of the travel list. The manager had to be called on her vacation bc the worker did not know her job well enough. The manager answered quickly and returned out money.

There was urine in the toilet upon arrival. The shower was either dirty or stained such that it appeared dirty. The highway noise kept me awake as well as the voices coming from the foyer/front desk.

I liked its position to the interstate. I was able to get on and off quickly. And the staff were super friendly!

The bathroom. I wasn’t expecting it to be a 5 star hotel but I couldn’t get the door to close because it was a sliding door, and there was no stopper to keep it from sliding all the way into the channel. Luckily I was staying alone. I did put the work in to pull it out on the second night. Parking lot was a little sketchy.
