SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

The room I was given was updated and overall pretty clean until I checked the bathroom. I guess maintenance went in after cleaning and fixed something in the shower, the drain cover was left on the floor, and there was dirty boot prints and hair on the bathroom floor. I was already settled in and didn't want to get another room, so I grabbed a towel and cleaned it up myself.. There was very little hot water, and the air-con unit was noisy enough I had to turn it off to sleep. I did not get breakfast at the hotel, and there is some road construction around so plan ahead.

Very dirty! Bed bugs and mold in the pool area

Pool was dirty, jacuzzi wasn’t operable, bathroom toilet didn’t flush, bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the front desk wasn’t helpful in trying to resolve the issues.

It was easy to find right off the freeway. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The surrounding location was a little sketchy just a few homeless ppl but It’s just like any city.

I liked the cleanliness and quiet environment
