Staff are super polite.

Far away from downtown. The neighbor and view are not beautiful.

Staff service was excellent. Polite & helpful, friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean and the food ordered for room service came very well presented, kept in warmers and was delicious.

As I arrived, I was given a room that did not comply with the one I selected on Booking.com which was a let down. I had to move twice until the room selected was provided, but without the view promised. Corridor carpets are worn out and gives an impression of a really old hotel.

Amazing staff, food and facilities. The rooms are excellent. Location is perfect as it is set in its own grounds away from the busy city roads.

The curry restaurant was expensive compared to everywhere else.

We had five unforgettable days in this beautiful hotel. We didn't miss anything, we were impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. We would particularly like to highlight the extensive breakfast buffet. Another highlight was the Patio Bar, where we enjoyed the food and the good local beer. We would especially like to thank Sajja, she spoiled us with her perfect service and we learned a lot about Nepal through her.
